Payment

Currently the only avaialable method of payment in the internet shop www.ieramepats.lv is prepaid wire transfer. Payment can be made via your internet bank (SEB, Parex, Swedbank, DnB Nord etc) or in any bank office on the basis of order acknowledgment and order number that you will receive in your e-mail.

Order fulfillment and delivery commences after receiving the wire transfer funds in our bank account. Orders that are not prepaid within 5 working days are canceled.

Order fulfillment, delivery and payment for delivery

Orders are fulfilled within 2-3 working days, after receiving the payment.
During the ordering process you can choose order delivery type. Currently we offer:

• you can get your order in our framing workshop in Riga, Dzirnavu street 3 from 10:00-18:00 (except Saturdays and Sundays) for free;
• delivery of goods and artwork (smaller than 170 x 110 cm) - in Riga for 5 Ls (plus VAT) and in Riga region for 10 Ls (plus VAT);
• delivery of artworks that are larger than 170 x 110 cm (we will contact you and specify the cost of delivery).

Money back guarantee

According to the legislation of Latvia, you have the right to change your mind and refuse your order within 14 days since receiving the goods. If you return the goods without any damage and in full kit, we will return your payment in full. If you choose to return the goods, please deliver them to Doze L Ltd office in Riga, Dzirnavu street 3. Remember to bring the checque or invoice.

The money is returned within 7 days as a wire transfer to the bank account from which the order was paid.
